We recently came across this article regarding the high environmental impact associated with DVD/CD manufacturing:

It's a very interesting read to say the least. The statistics presented in the article are quite mind boggling. Is it time for Hollywood to strongly consider this when deciding how to distribute their wonderful inventory of movies and TV shows? Are Hollywood even considering the impact they have on a daily basis?

We remain hopeful that word gets out that secure, monetizable digital distribution over P2P and BitTorrent networks is they way to go.

As usual, we welcome any indepth discussions the Movie and TV Studio's would like to have on the subject.
